Stratify Advisors is seeking a performance marketing specialist in Pune, India to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns chiefly on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). You will manage budgets, audiences, bids, and ad performance to drive client goals.

You will prepare clear campaign reports for clients, analyze results, and propose optimization strategies. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory, with at least 5 years hands-on in performance marketing.
