Get Me Rank is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Team Leader to manage paid-media accounts, scale D2C brands profitably and lead a team of media buyers.
The ideal candidate should combine hands-on Meta and Google Ads expertise with strong analytical thinking, creative strategy, team leadership and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Build full-funnel strategies for prospecting, retargeting and retention
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max and catalogue campaigns
- Lead, mentor and review a team of 3–5 media buyers
- Manage multiple client accounts and prioritise them based on performance, spending, risk and growth potential
- Monitor ROAS, blended ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate and contribution margin
- Create structured testing plans for audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages
- Analyse creative performance and provide clear briefs to designers, copywriters and video editors
- Identify tracking and attribution gaps across Meta, Google Ads, GA4 and business data
- Communicate strategies, performance updates and action plans directly to clients and founders
- Take complete ownership of campaign performance and profitability
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on performance-marketing experience
- Proven experience scaling a D2C brand to ₹1Cr+ monthly revenue
- Strong practical expertise in both Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets
- Previous experience leading and mentoring media buyers
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, AOV, gross margin, contribution margin and allowable CAC
- Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI and conversion tracking
- Ability to connect campaign performance with overall business profitability
- Strong creative-testing and media-planning skills
- Excellent analytical, leadership and client-communication abilities
