NOIR & BLANCO | Shopify Plus Agency in Delhi seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta campaigns for D2C ecommerce clients. You will own end-to-end performance — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — driving growth for each client.

You will mentor junior media buyers, test creatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with design and dev to ensure alignment with growth goals in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience in D2C or ecommerce.
• Proven track record in scaling ecommerce brands and driving conversions.
• Strong analytical skills with Ads Manager, GA, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch Facebook/Meta campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage and allocate ad budgets across campaigns to maximize ROAS.
• Test ad copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages for improvement.
• Provide daily/weekly client reporting and insights.

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — working closely with design and dev to keep everything aligned with each client's growth goals.

What You'll Do

• Build & launch Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for client accounts
• Manage & allocate ad budgets across campaigns to maximize ROAS
• Continuously test ad copy, creative, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
• Managed atleast 3L per month in ad spend.
• Build and optimise campaign structures, including ABO, CBO, ASC, and retargeting.
• Monitor campaign data daily and make real-time optimizations
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy
• Spot and pitch new campaign opportunities to grow client accounts
• Mentor junior media buyers through QA, feedback, and daily guidance.
• Client comminucation & reporting on a daily & weekly basis.

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience — D2C or ecommerce background is mandatory.
• Demonstrated record of scaling ecommerce brands and driving conversions
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Ads Manager, GA, and reporting dashboards
• Working knowledge of Shopify/Shopify Plus
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Bonus: experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Work on real brands and meaningful monthly spends.
• Direct mentorship from founders and senior media buyers.
