Job summary

Hiwaga Beauty Care is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and lead generation. You will plan, execute and optimize campaigns to generate high‑quality leads and appointments, while reducing CPL and improving conversions.

Responsibilities include keyword research, audience targeting, budget management, and tracking with GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with YouTube Ads and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking and optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2 - 4 years of hands‑on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Lead Generation. The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and appointment enquiries through paid digital campaigns and optimizing campaigns for better CPL and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, Video, Lead Generation, WhatsApp, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Generate and optimize high-quality leads for healthcare services.
• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate & ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend.
• Set up and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking.
• Coordinate with the creative team for performance‑focused ad creatives.
• Track lead quality and appointment conversions with the sales/front‑office team.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Ensure campaigns follow Google & Meta healthcare advertising policies.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of hands‑on Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with YouTube Ads and lead‑generation campaigns.

Preferred Experience:
