Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, funnels and analytics.
• Ability to analyse data and drive performance.
• Lead-gen campaigns experience preferred.
• Strong reporting and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Healthcare/digital marketing agency background valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, audiences and budgets
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research
• Set up campaigns, ad sets, targeting, budgets and conversion tracking
• Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions and overall campaign performance
• Continuously test and optimise creatives, audiences, placements and ad copies
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with content, design and marketing teams for creatives
• Manage advertising budgets and spend efficiently
• Stay updated with platform changes and best practices
