Webgross- Tech and Branding Solutions Provider is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, across multiple industries. You will work with cross-functional teams to scale profitable campaigns and improve ROAS.

The role requires 2–4 years hands-on performance marketing, agency experience, and a track record of managing ₹5 Lakhs+ monthly budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage multiple client accounts across different niches simultaneously.
• Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience, and budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
• Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.
