We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Meta Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop full-funnel strategies and scale campaigns profitably.
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR CVR .
• Manage tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel CAPI .
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage client communication and multiple accounts.
• Coordinate with creative, technology, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Performance Marketing experience , preferably in e-commerce/D2C .
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Google Ads .
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
