Job summary

Sera Natural is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional to drive growth for our D2C brand. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to acquire customers and improve ROAS.

The role requires hands-on campaign management, data analysis, and a strong understanding of digital funnels. Experience with Shopify or ecommerce brands is a plus, and a results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing or D2C growth roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ROI-driven marketing and digital funnels.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands or Shopify is a plus.

• Build full-funnel campaigns including prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing.
• Test audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversions.

2. Google (Shopping, Search, Display):

• Manage and optimize Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Pmax.
