Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in D2C/E-commerce.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, attribution, remarketing, audience targeting, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Bing, YouTube, Display, and other digital platforms.
• Manage ad budgets and optimize CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and implement continuous optimizations.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ads and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing and explore new channels such as Reddit, Quora, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership.
