Job summary

ALLEN in Bengaluru is seeking a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Google and Meta ad campaigns, driving digital growth and acquisition.

You will build audiences, set up tracking, monitor performance metrics, and deliver data-backed insights. A 2–3 year track record in performance marketing with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns at scale.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and GTM.
• Solid understanding of attribution modelling and tracking pixels.
• Strong analytical capabilities with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, data visualization).
• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint are a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Build targeted audiences, manage pixel/conversion tracking, set up custom parameters, and structure keyword strategies.
• Monitor daily campaign pacing, adjust bids, refine targeting, and allocate budgets to meet CPL/CPA/ROAS targets.
• Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, track funnel metrics, and build actionable reports.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitor ad strategies to stay ahead.

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to drive our digital growth and acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analysing high-budget Google and Meta ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Audience & Tracking Setup: Build targeted audiences, manage pixel/conversion tracking, set up custom parameters, and structure keyword strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor daily campaign pacing, adjust bids, refine targeting, and continuous allocation of budgets to meet target CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Data & Analytics: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis, track funnel metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC), and build actionable reports.
• Competitor Intelligence: Keep track of industry trends, competitor ad strategies, and emergent ad platforms to keep ALLEN’s digital presence ahead of the curve.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns at scale.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Solid understanding of attribution modelling, and tracking pixels.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, Data visualization).
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present data-backed insights.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Prior performance marketing experience in the EdTech or lead-gen business.
