Job summary

Zoho is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels from Kannur, Kerala. The role focuses on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven performance strategies.

You will monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR, conduct keyword research, manage budgets, and report insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
