Job summary

Avid Brio LLP is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimizing budgets and bidding to drive ecommerce growth.

You will set up tracking with GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel, perform keyword and audience research, and produce performance reports to improve ROAS and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance marketing or paid advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in ecommerce advertising campaigns preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling advertising budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and driving measurable growth for eCommerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, conversions, and overall performance.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve campaign profitability.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with paid advertising trends, platform updates, and eCommerce marketing strategies.

Require Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing eCommerce advertising campaigns is preferred.
