• Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, remarketing, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
• Proven ability to manage advertising budgets and improve ROAS, ROI, CPA and conversion rates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take data-driven decisions.

• Plan, set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other paid campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, placements and creatives to improve results.
• Manage prospecting, remarketing and retargeting campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Manage and optimize Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword targeting, bids and campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, offers and landing pages.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS and ROI.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take data-driven corrective actions to improve performance.
• Work with the creative, content and e-commerce teams to develop and improve campaign assets.
• Research and test new audiences, campaign formats and acquisition opportunities.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking, UTM parameters, conversion events and reporting.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The candidate should have practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other digital advertising platforms, with a strong focus on generating sales, leads and measurable business results.

The role requires someone who can independently set up, monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns, identify performance gaps and continuously improve ROAS and conversion rates.
