Job summary

Cognito Excellence in Rajasthan is seeking a Performance Marketing intern to gain hands-on paid advertising experience across Meta, Instagram and YouTube, focusing on sales, customer acquisition and brand growth.

You will work on real campaigns, analyze metrics, test creatives and audiences, and learn how budgets are managed to drive growth. Flexible part-time role with potential for longer-term opportunities.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing who wants hands‑on experience in paid advertising and business growth.

This is not a routine social media posting role. You will work on paid campaigns across Meta, Instagram and YouTube with a focus on sales, customer acquisition and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and running Meta and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Assist with YouTube advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work on audience research and targeting.
• Test different creatives, audiences and campaign approaches.
• Track important metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
• Help manage and optimise advertising budgets.
• Analyse campaign results and suggest improvements.
• Work with the team to understand which products, creatives and audiences are generating better results.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Students or candidates with up to 1.5 years of relevant experience.
• practical knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred.
• Knowledge of Google/YouTube Ads is an advantage.
• Someone who understands the difference between social media engagement and actual performance marketing.
• Analytical, curious and willing to test and learn.
• Comfortable working with numbers and campaign data.
• Candidates who have previously run campaigns, even with a small budget, are encouraged to apply.
