Boch & Fernsh, a creative agency in Mumbai, seeks an experienced paid media specialist to own and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns. You’ll work hands-on in dashboards, track every rupee, and report on performance across leads, sales, installs, and reach.

Collaborate with our in-house creative team to base campaigns on data insights and help grow our D2C and e-commerce offerings as the business expands.

Competenze

• 3+ years running paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Experience with lead generation, conversions and awareness goals.
• Strong grasp of attribution, budgets, and optimization decisions.

We’re a creative agency in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. We don’t run 40 campaigns at once. We take full ownership of a few brands, from creative and brand strategy to every rupee of media spend. So this role is about depth: you’ll need to know your brands’ numbers better than anyone.

What you’ll do

• Plan, build and run Meta and Google Ads campaigns yourself, hands-on in the dashboards
• Track where every rupee goes and keep improving results, whether that’s leads, sales, installs or reach
• Work closely with our creative team so ads are built around what the data shows
• Help us build our D2C and e-commerce offering as it grows

You must have

• 3+ years running paid campaigns on Meta and Google (no freshers, sorry)
• Experience across different campaign goals, such as lead generation, conversions and awareness
• A clear grasp of attribution, budgets, and what to cut or scale

You’ll earn more if you also bring

• Experience running paid media for D2C brands on Shopify (this is where we’re heading)
• SEO knowledge and the ability to build SEO plans for our clients’ sites
• Experience with email, drip and marketing automation
• Curiosity about new tools that automate campaign management and reporting
• Your own thinking. AI is a tool, not a substitute for judgment.
