Job summary

Growvertix Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive ROAS-driven campaigns for D2C/eCommerce brands from Surat. You will manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, plan budgets, and optimize across funnels with a data-driven approach.

The role requires 2–3 years hands-on experience, strong analytics, and collaboration with the creative team to develop high-converting creatives and hooks. Prior Shopify knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
• Experience handling D2C/eCommerce brands.
• Understanding of scaling strategies, ABO/CBO, retargeting.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Shopify & landing pages is a plus.
