The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, daily or weekly performance reviews, and rigorous A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve funnel efficiency and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record managing ₹1 Lakh+ monthly ad spend.
• Deep understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.

About the Role:

We are hiring an execution-focused Growth Marketer specializing in performance advertising. You will manage, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a laser focus on ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and execute end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Manage monthly ad budgets exceeding ₹1,00,000, optimizing continuously for high ROAS and low CPL/CAC.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics daily/weekly, presenting data-backed conclusions on ad fatigue, conversion rates, and scaling opportunities.
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to boost funnel conversion.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1.5 to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in campaign setup, audience segmentation, pixel setup, and bidding strategies on Meta and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of managing monthly ad spend of ₹1 Lakh+.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing statistics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to articulate numerical outcomes clearly.
