Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning: Build media strategies, budgets, audience growth.
• Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize Google & Meta Ads to drive revenue, ROAS, CAC, and conversions.
• E-commerce Growth: Drive growth across funnel including acquisition, conversion, AOV, CAC, and LTV.
• Data & Optimization: Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive testing and optimization.
• Budget Management: Manage media budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the performance marketing team, including reviews and capability development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, E-commerce, SEO, Tech, Social Media, and Business teams.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Present performance insights, strategies, and growth opportunities.

Candidates must have strong experience working with D2C and E-commerce brands, preferably in Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty/Skincare, Footwear, Jewellery, or other Consumer-focused brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning: Build media strategies, budgets, audience Growth Strategy: Develop growth strategies for D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
• Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize Google & Meta Ads to drive revenue, ROAS, CAC, and conversions.
