Biganto is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager in Gurugram to own paid campaigns, lead a team, and drive measurable growth for our business and clients. You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creatives to deliver high-performing ads.

The role requires hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, strong analytics, and a track record of improving lead quality and conversion metrics. Immediate joiners preferred for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including optimization for ROAS, CPL, CAC, CPA and CTR.
• Proven track record in lead generation and retargeting with data-driven decisions.
• Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution mechanisms.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to drive results from data.
• Experience in mentoring and managing junior performance marketers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Taboola.
• Own budgets and hit ROAS, CPL, CAC, CPA and CTR targets.
• Build full-funnel campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Optimize landing pages and run A/B tests on creatives and audiences.
• Set up and track performance using GA4, GTM, Pixel/CAPI.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with management and clients.
• Lead, mentor and manage junior performance marketers.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce high-performing ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Taboola.
• Own ad budgets and hit targets for ROAS, CPL, CAC, CPA, and CTR.
• Build full-funnel campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
• Optimize landing pages and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers.
• Set up and track performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with management and clients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage junior performance marketers.
• Work with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ads.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Taboola is a plus).
• Proven experience in lead generation, landing page optimization, and retargeting.
