AIOBY in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager for D2C supplements. This on-site role is responsible for driving online revenue through paid campaigns and full-funnel optimization. You will oversee Meta and Google Ads, CRM-driven retention, and reporting to improve ROAS.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in D2C, in-house brand experience, and strong analytics and communication skills to lead growth for health-focused consumer goods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on D2C Performance Marketing.
• Personally generated ₹4 Cr+ online revenue for a D2C brand.
• In-house/brand-side experience; agency-only candidates not suitable.
• Experience in supplements, nutrition, nutraceuticals, health & wellness or consumer goods.
