Astoria Smart Developments in Noida (UP) seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns for residential, commercial, and plotted projects. You will manage Meta and Google ads, analytics, and tracking to generate high-quality leads and improve CPL/ROAS.

Collaborating with the design and sales teams, you will optimize landing pages, monitor budgets, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Real Estate Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
• Proven ability to generate real estate leads and optimize CPL/ROAS.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for residential, commercial, and plotted projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Generate high-quality real estate leads.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Create and manage remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and campaign planning.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for ad creatives.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
• Optimize landing pages and lead forms for better conversion.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking setup.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns for real estate.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with residential, commercial, and plotted projects.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
