Who We Are

ONE Advertising is India's specialist performance marketing agency for real estate. We've managed ₹50Cr+ in ad spend and worked with developers like Godrej Properties, Lodha, and many more. We don't do generalist work. We move inventory.

What You'll Own

• Full-funnel campaign strategy and execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Programmatic for luxury and mid-segment real estate projects
• CPL targets, CAC tracking, and weekly performance reporting for developer clients
• Strategy presentations directly to developer marketing heads and MDs
• Building repeatable campaign playbooks by project type — plotted, luxury residential, commercial, branded residences
• Lead quality frameworks — not just volume, but site visit conversion rates
• Geo-targeting, audience segmentation, and HNI/UHNI targeting strategies
• Vendor and tool evaluation — CRMs, attribution tools, landing page platforms
• Mentoring the media buying support team

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years minimum in performance marketing, with real estate as primary vertical
• Demonstrable proof of inventory movement — you should be able to say "I ran campaigns for Project X, ₹Y inventory, we generated Z site visits at ₹A CPL"
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just strategy, you've built and optimised campaigns yourself
• Comfortable presenting strategy to C-suite and developer leadership
• Strong with numbers — you build your own reports, you spot anomalies before clients do.

Strong Preference For

• Experience with HNI/UHNI targeting — luxury residential ₹5Cr+ ticket sizes
• Exposure to CRM integration and lead quality scoring
• Understanding of the developer sales funnel — from lead to booking

Compensation

• Fixed: 8-10 Lakhs/annum(CTC)
• Variable: Performance-linked component tied to campaign outcomes
