Job summary

The Investment House is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns for residential, commercial, and plotted real estate projects. You will plan, execute, and optimize efforts to generate high-quality leads while focusing on CPL and ROAS.

You will manage Meta and Google advertising, work with design and sales teams, and track performance with regular reports. A strong analytics background and real estate lead experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking setup.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns for real estate.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Generate high-quality real estate leads.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve the lowest possible CPL.
• Create and manage remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and campaign planning.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor for ad creatives.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.
• Optimize landing pages and lead forms for better conversion.
