Job summary

nHRMS in Bengaluru (Bellandur) seeks a Head – Marketing Performance to lead and scale performance marketing for real estate projects. You will own Google Ads and Meta Ads initiatives, driving high-quality leads and optimized ROAS.

You will collaborate with brokers, channel partners, and sales teams, manage budgets, mentor a team of 3–4 executives, and report insights to senior management. Experience in real estate and a hands-on, data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing performance marketing budgets and delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Drive qualified leads, site visits, bookings and overall conversion for real estate projects.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI/ROAS.
• Develop campaigns in coordination with channel partners, brokers and sales teams.
• Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPQL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and lead quality.
• Lead audience targeting, remarketing, creative testing, A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Work closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead quality, follow-ups and conversions.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Track market trends, competitor campaigns and changing digital marketing practices.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 3–4 marketing executives.
• Take ownership of performance targets and continuously identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
