Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience in Real Estate Lead Generation.
• Experience managing minimum 2 Lakhs in monthly ad budgets.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI and CRO.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and optimisation skills.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn ads end-to-end.
• Handle Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube campaigns.
• Drive real estate leads and optimise for CPL and conversions.
• Manage monthly ad budgets of 25 Lakhs.
• Implement GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI and tracking.
• Conduct keyword, audience, creative, and landing page optimisation.
• Analyse performance and provide insights via advanced Excel and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in real estate lead generation, campaign optimisation and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Meta Feed, Reels and Stories campaigns.
• Drive high-quality real estate leads and optimise campaigns based on CPL, conversions and lead quality.
• Manage monthly ad budgets of 25 Lakhs.
• Implement and monitor GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI and conversion tracking.
• Conduct keyword, audience, creative and landing page optimisation.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights through Advanced Excel and performance reporting.
• Work closely with sales and creative teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Participate in BTL activities as and when required.
• Manage vendors, including coordination, documentation and invoice processing.
• Generate MIS/ROI reports for marketing campaigns and ensure timely submission.
