Job summary

Sapwood Ventures in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns for our products. You will work directly with the founder to execute strategy, monitor performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.

You will set up campaigns, optimize spend, manage audiences, track conversions with Pixel/GA and UTMs, and report progress with clear dashboards to improve leads and sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid Meta and Google advertising experience.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, and CAC.
• Familiarity with Pixel, GA, UTMs and conversion events.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns using approved creatives, audiences and budgets.
• Monitor daily spending, campaign delivery, ad approvals, landing-page links and lead flow.
• Manage audience lists, lookalike audiences and remarketing using approved customer data.
• Review Google search terms and maintain relevant negative keywords.
• Run structured tests of creatives, audiences and ad copy; document changes and results.
• Maintain a clear dashboard connecting ad spend to leads, qualified enquiries, quotations and sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and closure outcomes.
• Recommend what to scale, pause or improve, with supporting data.
• Check conversion tracking and flag technical issues promptly.

What we are looking for

• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Adsnot only social-media posting or boosting posts.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and interpreting campaign performance.
• Understands CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and customer acquisition cost.
• Basic familiarity with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM tracking and conversion events.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and disciplined follow-through.
• Willingness to learn the product and understand why leads door do notbecome customers.

Experience with lead-generation campaigns or physical products is a plus.
