You will plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display, Bing and affiliate platforms, focusing on CAC, CPL, ROAS and revenue growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.

• Strong track record of improving CAC, CPL, ROAS and revenue through data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display, Bing and affiliate platforms.

• Collaborate with creative, content, technology and CRM teams to align on strategy and campaign execution.

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience managing paid acquisition programs across India and international markets, particularly the US. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display, Bing and affiliate platforms. The role requires strong expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, PPC optimization, budget management, lead generation and conversion improvement. The individual should be comfortable managing significant advertising spends and using data to improve CAC, CPL, ROAS and overall revenue contribution. Experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, remarketing, CRO and A/B testing is essential. Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns, international markets, and collaboration with creative, content, technology and CRM teams is preferred.
