• Plan and execute multi-channel paid campaigns across Google/Meta/YouTube/LinkedIn, Display, Bing and affiliates.
• Drive optimization of CAC, CPL and ROAS while managing significant ad spend.
• Collaborate with creative, content, technology and CRM teams to improve revenue contribution.
• Utilize Looker Studio and Google Analytics for analysis, CRO and A/B testing.

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience managing paid acquisition programs across India and international markets, particularly the US. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Display, Bing and affiliate platforms.

The role requires strong expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, PPC optimization, budget management, lead generation and conversion improvement. The individual should be comfortable managing significant advertising spends and using data to improve CAC, CPL, ROAS and overall revenue contribution. Experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, remarketing, CRO and A/B testing is essential. Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns, international markets, and collaboration with creative, content, technology and CRM teams is preferred.
