Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube & Affiliates.

Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, pacing and ROAS-driven outcomes.

Work closely with creative, content & brand teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

Create A/B tests for messaging, audience, and creative variations; track learning outcomes.

Analyze campaign data to generate weekly/monthly insights & performance improvements.

Reduce CAC and increase ROAS through experimentation, retention loops & remarketing.

Track key metrics: CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, AOV, RCR, repeat purchases.

Requirements
