Job summary

Kulya Retail, Delhi-based fashion retailer, seeks a performance marketing specialist to own ROAS across paid channels and drive customer acquisition. You will optimize campaigns, test ideas, and manage CAC targets to deliver measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in performance marketing within apparel or similar sectors, strong knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads, and hands-on Shopify experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related field.
• Must be from Clothing, footwear, accessories or similar category and handled high AOV products.
• Strong understanding of Paid Marketing principles, including Facebook Marketing and Google AdWords.
• Proficiency in managing multiple ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords Editor, etc.
• Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform is an added advantage.
