• Fix problems fast. When something breaks, pause first, find the cause, and make sure the client hears it from us first.
• Report and present. Weekly and monthly reports, and the paid ads section of the monthly client call.

Performance Marketing Lead — Meta & Google Ads

Location: Mohali (Chandigarh Tricity), on-site, full-time Experience: 4 to 7 years in performance marketing

The role in short

You will run paid ads for our B2B and B2C clients on Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn, and own the results: leads, sales and cost per lead. You plan, launch, test and scale campaigns, guide a small team, and explain the results to clients.

This role is for you if

you have personally run Meta and Google Ads for several clients, managed real budgets, and been accountable for the numbers.

This role is not for you if

your experience is mainly organic social media, or only setting up campaigns that someone else planned.

What we are looking for

Must have

• 4 to 7 years in performance marketing, with at least 3 years hands-on in Meta Ads and Google Ads
