Webspero Solutions in Mohali is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will handle day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting for Ecommerce/DTC and B2B campaigns across Indian and international clients.

The role requires setting up campaigns, conducting keyword research, monitoring budgets, and analyzing ROAS, CAC, CPA, and other metrics.

Formación

• 1–2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to independently set up and manage standard campaigns.
• Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Perform daily account hygiene and performance checks.
