Job summary

Peoplebox.ai in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition efforts for US-focused HR tech and enterprise software.

You will run Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns, optimize CAC and ARR, and closely partner with product, design, and sales on-site to improve landing pages and lead conversion.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Experience targeting US/North American market.
• Familiarity with tracking setups, GA4, GTM, and CRM attribution (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale high-intent search campaigns.
• Run campaigns to acquire US market customers.
• Collaborate on-site with Bengaluru product, design, and sales teams.
• Track CAC, CPC, CTR, SQOs, and ARR.
• Manage retargeting campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Search Operations (Google & Bing Ads): Plan, execute, and scale high-intent search campaigns targeting US decision-makers searching for HR tech, talent management, and OKR software.
• US Market Acquisition: Run campaign experiments aligned with US business hours and buyer behaviors targeting HR executives, VPs of People, and C-suite leaders.
• In-Office Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly on-site with our product, design, and sales teams in Bengaluru to build landing pages, test ad copy, and refine lead conversion loops.
• Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across the acquisition pipeline - from CAC, CPC, and CTR down to SQOs (Sales Qualified Opportunities) and ARR.
• Paid Social: Manage and optimize retargeting or account-based campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS (HR Tech or Enterprise Software preferred).
• Hands-on expertise running and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads with directly managed budgets.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns targeted specifically at the US/North American market.
• Familiarity with tracking setups, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM pipeline attribution (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Practical experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
