Job summary

Super Humans is a YC-backed, AI-native talent management startup in Bengaluru seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to own demand generation for US B2B SaaS.

You will lead paid search, bidding across Google/Bing, run experiments, collaborate with product/design/sales in-office, and report funnel metrics from CAC to ARR, targeting HR leadership with high-intent campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing in B2B SaaS, HR tech or enterprise software.
• Work from Bengaluru office 5 days a week (HSR Layout).
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Bing Ads budgets.
• Experience with US/North American markets and tracking setups (GA4, GTM, CRM attribution).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale high-intent search campaigns targeting US decision-makers.
• Run campaigns aligned with US business hours and buyer behaviors.
• Collaborate on-site with product, design, and sales to land pages and test ad copy.
• Track performance across CAC, CPC, CTR to SQOs and ARR.
• Manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads for cold and remarketing campaigns.

Experience: 2–3 Years in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing

About Us:

We are a YC-backed, AI-native talent management startup. We combine goal-tracking (OKRs), performance reviews, and continuous feedback with Nova—our human-like AI teammate for candidate screening and interviews. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer based in Bengaluru (5 days WFO) to own and scale our demand generation channels in the US B2B SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Search Operations (Google & Bing Ads): Plan, execute, and scale high-intent search campaigns targeting US decision-makers searching for HR tech, talent management, and OKR software.
• US Market Acquisition: Run campaign experiments aligned with US business hours and buyer behaviors targeting HR executives, VPs of People, and C-suite leaders.
• In-Office Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly on-site with our product, design, and sales teams in Bengaluru to build landing pages, test ad copy, and refine lead conversion loops.
• Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across the acquisition pipeline—from CAC, CPC, and CTR down to SQOs (Sales Qualified Opportunities) and ARR.
• Paid Social (Good to Have): Manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads to run ads for cold and re marketing audience to generate leads and demos

Qualifications & Experience

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS (HR Tech or Enterprise Software preferred).
• Work Requirement: Willingness to work 5 days a week from our Bengaluru office (HSR Layout).
• Hands-on expertise running and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads with directly managed budgets.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns targeted specifically at the US/North American market.
• Familiarity with tracking setups, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM pipeline attribution (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Bonus: Practical experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
