Geekyants is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist in Bengaluru to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels. You will drive qualified B2B leads, manage budgets, and collaborate with content, design, sales, SEO, and BD teams to fuel the sales pipeline.

The role focuses on funnel optimisation, conversion rate improvements, and data-driven growth, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, experimentation, and ROI

Qualifications

  • 45 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital growth.
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience running lead-generation campaigns for B2B, SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services businesses.
  • Strong understanding of campaign funnels, audience targeting, remarketing, conversion optimisation, and attribution.
  • Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets with accountability for results.
  • Ability to analyse data and convert findings into clear campaign decisions.
  • Strong understanding of landing-page optimisation, ad copy, creative testing, and lead qualification.
  • Good written communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage search, display, video, lead-generation, retargeting, and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Own campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels, audiences, geographies, and offerings.
  • Continuously improve CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and marketing ROI.
  • Build paid marketing strategies focused on generating qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Develop campaigns targeting decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, Product Leaders, Engineering Heads, and Founders.
  • Create and optimise full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Work with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, case studies, reports, and lead magnets.
  • Identify and reduce drop-offs across landing pages, forms, and lead-nurturing journeys.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising dashboards, CRM data, and attribution tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance, insights, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Monitor metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated, CAC, and revenue contribution.
  • Analyse campaign and CRM data to determine which channels, audiences, and messages generate the highest-quality opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, UTM implementation, conversion events, and attribution.
  • Conduct structured experiments across campaign messaging, targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
  • Run A/B tests and document the hypothesis, results, learnings, and next steps.
  • Identify new advertising channels, audience segments, and campaign opportunities.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, privacy regulations, AI-enabled marketing tools, and B2B growth strategies.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve campaign creation, analysis, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, sales feedback, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and website teams to improve campaign assets and conversion experiences.
  • Partner with business teams to develop campaigns around specific industries, services, regions, and target accounts.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across advertisements, landing pages, emails, and sales collateral.

About the Role



We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in generating qualified B2B leads, managing advertising budgets, improving conversion rates, and translating campaign data into actionable growth opportunities. You will work closely with the content, design, sales, SEO, and business development teams to build campaigns that contribute directly to the sales pipeline.




Key Responsibilities



Paid Campaign Management



  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • PManage search, display, video, lead-generation, retargeting, and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Own campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels, audiences, geographies, and offerings.

You should be comfortable taking ownership, questioning assumptions, experimenting rapidly, and being accountable for measurable pipeline growth.




Educational Qualifications



  • Experience running account-based marketing campaigns for enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Experience targeting international markets, particularly North America, Europe, or APAC.
  • Understanding of long B2B sales cycles and the difference between lead volume, lead quality, pipeline, and revenue.
