Job summary

SimBal Studios is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive quality leads and measurable ROI using Meta and Google Ads. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, perform audience and keyword research, and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ads.

This is an in-office role based in Pune, India. You will also set up analytics and tracking, run A/B tests, and deliver regular performance reports while managing budgets for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience running successful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Create, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
• Create A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
