Job summary

Ear Solutions is seeking a results-driven PPC Executive to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and social channels. You will manage budgets, conduct keyword research, and continuously test creatives to boost ROAS.

Collaboration with SEO and content teams will be essential to align marketing efforts and deliver measurable performance. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with analytics tools, bid management, and weekly/monthly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
• Strong keyword research and audience targeting for ROI.
• Budget handling for large monthly ad spends and bidding optimization.
• Ability to monitor CPC/CTR/ROAS and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Job Description: Performance Marketing Executive

1. Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Budget handling 5- 10 lacs per month minimum for Google adwords
3. Perform in-depth keyword analysis and identify target audiences for maximum ROI.
4. Monitor campaign performance; adjust bids, targeting, and ad placements to meet KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
5. Regularly conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to improve conversion rates.
6. Manage daily and monthly ad spends effectively without overshooting budgets.
7. Track campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or other tools and present performance reports weekly/monthly.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitor strategies.
9. Work closely with SEO, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
