Responsibilities

• Client onboarding: defining objectives, KPIs, and tailored paid strategies.
• Account setup: configure Meta and Google Ads, pixels, audiences, keywords.
• Campaign creation: build campaigns with objectives, creative, targeting, budget.
• Testing & optimization: run A/B tests and refine bids and budgets.
• Analytics & tracking: monitor metrics via Meta, Google Ads, GA; implement conversions.
• Reporting: produce weekly/monthly performance insights and recommendations.
• Budget management and troubleshooting: allocate spend and fix disapprovals or tracking issues.

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads & Google Ads) to manage and scale paid campaigns for our diverse client base. This is a Work from Office role based in Hanspura, Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding – Understanding business objectives, defining KPIs, and developing tailored strategies for paid campaigns
• Account Setup – Configuring Meta and Google Ads accounts, implementing tracking pixels, establishing audiences, conducting keyword research
• Campaign Creation – Building Meta and Google Ads campaigns with appropriate objectives, creative development, targeting, and budget allocation
• Testing & Optimization – Performing A/B tests on creatives, copy, targeting options, and continuously refining performance through bid and budget adjustments
• Analytics & Tracking – Monitoring campaign metrics via Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and Google Analytics; implementing conversion tracking
• Reporting – Generating monthly/weekly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
• Budget Management – Ensuring efficient budget allocation and proper spend distribution across campaigns
• Troubleshooting – Resolving ad disapprovals, addressing underperformance, and fixing technical tracking issues
