Role Description

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing campaign strategies, conducting market and audience analysis, managing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on data to improve ROI. The role involves close collaboration with the creative and account management teams to align messaging, targeting, and budgets with client objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and meet performance targets.
