• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.

• * Solid understanding of E-commerce / D2C business models
• * Comfortable reading and analysing data on Google Analytics
• * Proactive, self‑driven, and curious by default
• * Someone who keeps up with trends and knows how they impact business outcomes
• * Small, close‑knit team = more ownership & real authority
