Job summary

Growthpep is a ROI-driven performance marketing agency looking for a hands-on Digital Performance Marketer in Mumbai. You will own Meta and Google Ads campaigns for fast-growing D2C brands and drive measurable growth.

You will analyze data in Google Analytics, optimize spend, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to turn insights into action. 5-day in-office work in Mumbai is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of E-commerce / D2C business models
• Comfortable reading and analysing data on Google Analytics
• Proactive, self-driven, and curious by default
• Someone who keeps up with trends and knows how they impact business outcomes
• Small, close-knit team = more ownership & real authority
• Flexible working hours on request (we care about outcomes, not clock-ins)
• Faster learning curve with direct exposure to founder, clients & strategy
• 5-day work from office (Mumbai)
• Work with global D2C brands, not just one category forever
• Your ideas won’t sit in a doc, they’ll go live
