Balwaan Krishi in Jaipur, India, seeks an experienced Performance Marketing specialist to run Meta Ads campaigns and optimize performance across budgets, audiences, and bidding strategies.

You will conduct A/B tests, monitor key metrics, coordinate with Sales and Creative teams, and deliver regular performance reporting. A data-driven mindset and experience with lead/gen or ecommerce campaigns are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
• Knowledge of Pixel, CAPI, UTM and conversion tracking.
• Performance and ROI-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budgets, audiences, placements and bidding.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies and audiences.
• Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Track leads, web orders and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, B2B/B2C, Creative & Content teams.
• Analyse creative performance and suggest new concepts.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis.
• Support keyword research for Google Ads.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
