Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking an HR liaison to support HRBP teams in Hyderabad, focusing on employee engagement, experience, and operational excellence across business units. You will drive engagement calendars, analyze survey data, run recognition and wellness programs, onboard new hires, and prepare HR dashboards while ensuring policy adherence and smooth floor-level execution.

Travel to other locations is required to coordinate business-specific engagements and town halls, with a focus on delivering

Responsibilities

• Create engagement calendar for the assigned business units and executing monthly engagement activities (virtual and on-site).
• Analyze engagement survey results and assist in action planning.
• Drive recognition programs and wellness initiatives end-to-end.
• Conduct monthly check-ins with new hires and share insights.
• Support HRBP in resolving employee queries and grievances.
• Participate in floor connects and pulse checks.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience, track induction feedback.
• Prepare HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, engagement metrics).
• Educate employees on HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Ops for process clarifications and audits.
• Ensure updated org. action such as transfer, promotion, designation change, etc with HR
• Work with Director HRBP for managing the Location specific engagements and Business critical projects related to RnR , Townhall, Manager Offsite etc.

Job Summary:

To act as a key HR liaison for assigned teams, supporting HRBP in driving engagement, employee experience and operational excellence. This role bridges tactical HR execution and strategic alignment for workforce health

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engagement calendar for the assigned business units and executing monthly engagement activities (virtual and on-site).


• Analyze engagement survey results and assist in action planning.


• Drive recognition programs and wellness initiatives end-to-end.


• Conduct monthly check-ins with new hires and share insights.

• Hands-on experience in engagement initiatives and HR reporting.
