Job summary

Faclon Labs is seeking a driven HR intern for a 3‑month paid placement in Mumbai, offering exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and culture initiatives.

You will support candidate communications, maintain HR records, and help organise team activities while learning effectively in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR with strong interest in people operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; comfortable with LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage onboarding processes and organize HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the backstage organizer for hiring activities including job posts, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
• Plan engaging, non-cringe team activities to boost morale.
• Own onboarding experiences to ensure a smooth day-one feel for new joiners.
• Maintain HR documents, spreadsheets, and Notion pages for the team.
• Collaborate on performance processes, culture surveys, and related initiatives.
• Contribute creatively to LinkedIn job posts, internal comms, and team shoutouts.

What You’ll Do

• Be the backstage boss of all things hiring- job posts, candidate calls, follow-ups, and "why haven’t they responded yet?" chases.
• Plan fun, meaningful, non-cringe team activities.
• Own onboarding experiences so smooth they make day one feel like a TED talk + warm hug.
• Help maintain our semi-organized universe of HR spreadsheets, docs, and Notion pages.
• Join forces on performance processes, feedback loops, culture surveys, and the "let's try this cool idea" projects.
• Bring serious creativity to LinkedIn job posts, team shoutouts, and internal comms. Be a safe space, a cheerleader, a problem-solver.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with a passion for People, Culture, and organized chaos.
• You love working with people- and they usually love you back.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and maybe a little Canva magic.
