RGBSI is hiring a Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll operations with a focus on manufacturing compliance and contractor workforce payroll processing. The role requires 3–6 years of relevant experience and advanced qualifications in HR/Finance or commerce.

The candidate will manage biometric data integration, payroll audits, and statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Processing: Handling regular shifts, overtime, biometric data integration, incentives, and settlements.
  • Contractual Workforce Management: Auditing third-party staffing invoices, ensuring minimum wages compliance, cross-verification.
  • Payroll Audits: Running pre- and post-payroll variance analysis and coordinating with internal auditors.
  • Statutory Compliance: Managing EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, and TDS returns.

Key Responsibilities Included

  2. Contractual Workforce Management: Auditing third-party staffing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, and managing cross-verification.
  3. Payroll Audits: Running pre- and post-payroll variance analysis, streamlining internal controls, and coordinating with statutory or internal auditors.
  4. Statutory Compliance: Managing configurations and accurate returns for EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS (Form 24Q).
