Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll including overtime, incentives, biometric data integration, and final settlements.
• Audit third-party vendor invoices and ensure wage act compliance.
• Perform payroll variance analyses and coordinate with auditors.
• Ensure EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS returns are accurate.

Key Responsibilities Included

1. End-to-End Processing: Handling regular shifts, overtime, factory plant biometric data integration, incentives, and Full & Final settlements.
2. Contractual Workforce Management: Auditing third-party staffing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, and managing cross-verification.
3. Payroll Audits: Running pre- and post-payroll variance analysis, streamlining internal controls, and coordinating with statutory or internal auditors.
4. Statutory Compliance: Managing configurations and accurate returns for EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS (Form 24Q).
