Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Ahmedabad District, India, to manage end-to-end payroll operations with emphasis on manufacturing compliance and contract/vendor workforce payroll processing. The role requires 3–6 years of experience and an MBA in HR/Finance or M.Com.

You will handle biometrics integration, incentives, and full & final settlements while ensuring statutory compliance and robust payroll audits.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in payroll processing and related controls.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll including incentives, OT, and F&F settlements is preferred.
• Familiarity with statutory filings and payroll audits.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Processing: Handle regular shifts, overtime, biometric integration, incentives, and full & final settlements.
• Contractual Workforce Management: Audit third-party staffing invoices and ensure compliance with minimum wages and cross-verification.
• Payroll Audits: Run pre- and post-payroll variance analyses and coordinate with auditors for internal controls.

Key Responsibilities Included

1. End-to-End Processing: Handling regular shifts, overtime, factory plant biometric data integration, incentives, and Full & Final settlements.
2. Contractual Workforce Management: Auditing third-party staffing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Wages Act, and managing cross-verification.
3. Payroll Audits: Running pre- and post-payroll variance analysis, streamlining internal controls, and coordinating with statutory or internal auditors.
4. Statutory Compliance: Managing configurations and accurate returns for EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and TDS (Form 24Q).
