Job summary

3S Minerals Processors in Jaipur is seeking an experienced HR Payroll & Compliance professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple locations.

The role requires strong Excel/HRMS skills, deep knowledge of PF/ESIC/PT/TDS and labour laws, and hands-on experience in statutory compliance and site coordination. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in HR Payroll & Compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Processing & Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in Site HR / Multi-location Coordination preferred.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS & Labour Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy & timely closure.
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws & statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with site HR/Payroll teams for attendance, payroll inputs and employee data.
• Resolve payroll-related employee queries and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Manage site coordination and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes across locations.
• Prepare payroll MIS, compliance reports, and management dashboards.

• Strong Excel & HRMS skills with excellent coordination abilities
