Job summary

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data via HRMS.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.).
• Coordinate payroll reconciliation with finance for reporting.
• Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports related to payroll and headcount.
• Handle salary, tax, deductions, and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain payroll records for audit purposes.
• Assist in CTC structuring, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis.
• Support during statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional to manage payroll operations, HR analytics, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have handson experience in payroll processing, attendance and leave management, HRMS systems (preferably greytHR), and a strong understanding of labor laws. Exposure to the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
