Job summary

Tilara Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and govern HR SOPs. The role covers attendance, leaves, recruitment onboarding, disciplinary procedures, and performance KPIs.

Key duties include payroll revisions, gratuity, bonus handling, and maintaining statutory records while ensuring timely submissions. The incumbent will drive policy implementation and HR MIS reporting to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC,PT, TDS, gratuity and bonus regulations.
• Ability to develop and implement payroll SOPs and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate salary and revisions, incentives, deductions, and settlements.
• Ensure timely PF/ESIC/Professional Tax compliance and tax filings.
• Maintain statutory records, attendance, leaves, and payroll documentation.
• Develop, implement, and review HR SOPs for payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary procedures.
• Define KRAs and KPIs, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Design and review salary structures including CTC, gross and net pay, allowances, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll audit trails and documentation for audits.
• Track statutory deadlines, returns, challans, notices, and inspections; take corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly HR MIS reports on payroll costs, manpower, attendance, and expenses.
• Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely salary processing, salary revisions, incentives, deductions, full and final settlements, and payroll reconciliation.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Labour Laws: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, minimum wages, working hours, overtime, leave, employee welfare, and statutory records.
• SOP Development: Prepare, implement, and regularly review HR SOPs for payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, onboarding, employee separation, and disciplinary procedures.
• KRA & KPI Management: Define KRAs and KPIs for employees and departments, monitor performance, conduct periodic reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Salary Structure: Develop and review salary structures, CTC, gross salary, net salary, allowances, deductions, increments, and compensation policies.
• Audit & Documentation: Maintain payroll records, statutory registers, employee files, and documentation required for internal and external audits.
• Compliance Monitoring: Track statutory payment deadlines, returns, challans, notices, inspections, and corrective actions.
• HR MIS & Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on payroll costs, manpower, attendance, overtime, statutory compliance, and employee-related expenses.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, salary rules, attendance procedures, and disciplinary processes.
